Think of the Pavilion as a soft place to land at the end of a day. Throw a family barbecue or read a book. Or, it’s the jump-start you need to make it through another day at the office. Swing in for an espresso, a ride on the treadmill, catch the morning news. Whatever your speed, we’ve got your flavor.

More than a Clubhouse or an Activity Center, the Pavilion is a gathering place for connecting with neighbors. It’s new mothers meeting in the family room, pet owners swapping stories on the deck and young professionals sharing advice in the business center. You choose …take advantage of monthly events with lots of neighbors or spend the afternoon alone watching television by the fire. The Pavilion is what you make of it.
